Transparent Pricing
We know you’re on a budget. You’re fiscally responsible whether you’re bootstrapped or have taken on investors’ funds. We get it. Knowing what it will cost is important and we’re not beating around the bush.
Pay-as-you-go
This is a no-term, no-frills contract where you hand us work as and when you need. Each minute accrues at CHF3,—.
This corresponds to an hourly rate of CHF180,— or a day rate of CHF1,440,—.
We keep you posted on time spent each week and invoice once 8 hours have been used up or at the end of a calendar month, whichever comes quicker.
Dedicated
This works similar to a retained service agreement. We will be at your service on agreed days and times from one day per week to full time for a defined period (—>).
With a 3-month minium term agreement, the daily rate for this service is CHF1,200,—
There is an implied agreement that days are roughly 8 hours long. We’re flexible on that, with the understanding that this loose definition is not abused by our clients.
Interim
This works best when you do need a full-time person for a defined period.
If you need someone full time for at least 3 months, each month comes at CHF22,000,—.
Training
Standard trainings and workshops with minimal adaptations to your needs include all required preparation, training delivery and a follow-up photo protocol for a day-rate of CHF2.500,— per facilitator.
Bespoke trainings where development of new content is required will run for the same day-rate for delivery and additionally incur CHF1.500,— for each day needed for content development.
Facilitation
A facilitation event may be anything from a small team to a whole company event and is always bespoke.
Preparation for the facilitation event, incurs CHF1.500,— for each day needed for development.
Delivery of such events comes at a day rate of CHF2.900,— per facilitator.
Coaching or Mentoring
A coaching or mentoring session lasts approximately 1 hour (we will finish whatever we are doing) and a typical process takes 8-10 sessions.
Each coaching or mentoring session costs CHF380,—.
